Mikk we miss all your chat.
It always amazed us how you remembered so much about history
and trains, and this and that.
You were a connoisseur of all things beer, (and enjoyed the odd glass of wine and whisky and gin!)
You were a very sociable chap
and seemed to know someone wherever you were at!
In more recent times we enjoyed some great family holidays,
with kite flying and beach combing high on the list ( remember the crab claw for Noah! )
We all miss you so much but we must try not to be sad as I know you wouldn’t want that.
You will always be with us wherever we are, in our memories of good times and in our hearts ever more.

Afterglow
I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one.
I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done.
I'd like to leave an echo, whispering softly down the ways,
Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days.
I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun;
of happy memories that I leave when life is done.
